We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Once you receive your goods you have seven days to decide if you wish to return your goods for exchange or a refund. Returns or exchanges must be notified by email, fax or post within 7 days. You can either return yourself or we will collect and refund your money in full within 28 days of the goods arriving back to our warehouse, all return cost must be covered by the customer.

Notification of any goods received damaged or faulty must be reported to our customer services department in writing by email, fax or post within 48 hours. If you are agreeable, we will either issue you with a credit equal to the value of the returned goods or a full refund. It is a pre-condition of either a refund of the purchase price, or the issue of a credit of equal value that the goods are made available for collection by us in the same condition as they were in when you accepted delivery of them and have not been installed or used and in the original packaging.
